To advise and supply a custom electrical system for mobile dog grooming!
Our Solution
Perfect Paw’s Parlour contacted PPT looking for a power system for their vehicle.
The ability to offer a mobile dog grooming service to customers offers flexibility and peace of mind for the owners and 4 legged clients.
The van has a number of 230V appliances on board:
After initial discussions with PPT a system was agreed on that could meet Perfect Paw’s Parlours power requirements and running times.
A 3KW inverter was specified to cover peak loads along with 480Ah AGM battery bank to provide the much-needed storage for a day’s work.
A split charge relay was installed to allow the vehicle to recharge between customer visits.
The vehicle is plugged into 230V mains overnight utilising the PPT premium 60A battery charger, this allows the battery to be fully recharged every night ready for the next shift!
The owner of Perfect Paw’s parlour is over the moon with the final results enabling mobile dog grooming wherever it is needed!
