The Alfatronix 24v-12v PowerVerter range of switch mode Dc-Dc converters are designed to offer a convenient & reliable way to install 12Vdc equipment on 24Vdc electrical systems often found on vehicles, vessels & aircraft. Switch mode technology is highly efficient which provides low heat dissipation and unrivalled performance. Manfactured in the UK by market leader Alfatronix, there are 11 products in the range from 3A to 50A with isolated versions also available.
All the units in the range have a very low off load current of <15ma so battery drain is almost negligible therefore removing the need to fit a remote switch. With an IP53 rating these units have no ventilation holes to permit stray objects, dust or water droplets to enter the case. IP65 versions are available on request. Please call if required. Small, lightweight and highly efficient these units are fast and easy to install using the supplied “Click ‘n’ fit” mounting clip which is fixed in three points allowing it to be mounted on uneven surfaces.
