The following contains details on our delivery process and policy.
As a UK company all purchases made via this site are subject to current UK retailing law – so you can shop in confidence with us.
All transactions are made in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and are explained in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Shipping from Stock
We aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible. When in stock, orders are normally dispatched the same day when placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3.00pm will be processed the next working day.
We operate a real time stock system. If the item is in stock it will be displayed as ” In Stock” on the relevant product page. If no stock is available it will be displayed “Out of Stock”. We allow our customers to “back order” products out of stock. In this case our customer services will contact you by phone or email with an estimated shipping date.
Solar Panels and Batteries that are shown “In Stock” refer to a third party warehouse and will delivered in 2-3 days (see Solar and battery orders below)
Next Day Delivery and Shipping Rates
Our Next Day delivery service is through DHL Parcel and DPD, who aim to deliver next working day between 9.00am and 5.00pm. Saturday, Sunday and premium options are available on further request. We provide full tracking on all DHL shipments and the link information is available from your order summary page if you have registered or via the link on the email confirmation

For orders of £100.00 or more inclusive of VAT – Free Shipping UK Mainland only
For orders of less than £100.00 inclusive of VAT – Flat Shipping of £8.50 inclusive of VAT – UK mainland only
Shipments to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey and Scottish Highlands will incur additional delivery costs and delivery time and are charged at a per kilo rate depending items ordered at a minimum of £28.66
Solar Panel Orders
Most of our solar panels are ordered in on request from a leading UK supplier so please allow 2-3 delivery.
Battery Orders
Due to the special handling and shipping arrangements required, batteries are shipped from a third party warehouse. The free shipping on Exide batteries is typically 2-3 days.
PO Box Deliveries
We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers as these are not accepted by our courier
