Not only does the Energy Hub offer a greater storage capacity, but you also get the ability to fast charge, a built-in 60A DC-DC charger, programable DC / AC outputs and a high-grade LiFePo4 lithium battery that offers four times as many cycles a traditional AGM solution.
Easy to Install
The Energy Hub requires just three major connections to get up and running - simple colour coded Anderson connections are provided for a swift and easy install.
Alternator
Up to 60A of DC to DC charging keeps the Energy Hub topped up whilst you're driving.
Power Inverter
230V Ouput with a pure sinewave Inverter from 700W to 2000W, supplied with every hub.
DC Distribution
The C13 module provides programmable 12V output for all your DC loads.
Connects to your vehicle alternator via your starter battery to provide up to 60A of DC-DC charging to your Energy Hub.
230VThe red Anderson port connects the hub up to your pure sine wave power inverter to provide a reliable 230V output for your auxiliary devices.
C13The grey Anderson port links your C13 Module for easy and efficient DC distribution. The C13 even has a dedicated 80A output for high powered loads like water heaters.
MEHThe MEH is your remote display and controller that is supplied with every Hub. This can be mounted away from the system for ease of access and provides live information as well as the all important on/off power switch.
4G(Optional) The 4G Data stick connects your hub up to the internet for remote monitoring via the TBB Fleet web-app.
Solar ControllerSimply connect your PV array to a compatible SolarMate MPPT solar controller. With the SP100-20 you can connect a solar array of up to 294W. For larger arrays up to 588W you can opt for the SP100-40.
Remote Display
Control your Energy Hub with ease using MEH remote display. Here you can monitor live information about your hub's usage as well as connect to the Bluetooth app.
Wi-Fi Module
Connect your hub to the internet for remote monitoring via the TBB Fleet web app. Using a 4G data sim, your hub provides live data information that's accessible anywhere.
Solar Controller
Complete your setup with a SP100 controller and PV array. With our green priority technology, the maximum available solar power will always be used before topping from another charging source.
Advanced Protection
Living with the Energy Hub as a “fit and forget” onboard power system is made easier though our expertly designed protection layers. Including a hibernation protocol that allows your hub to always be recovered, even if it’s not been charged for over 6 months.

Bri-stor systems are the UK’s largest light commercial vehicle converter and one of our biggest and most important customers.
We work closely with them to develop and deliver new solutions that will reduce weight, reduce install times, reduce engine idle times, and increase service life and usability. Our aim - to bring new innovation to them so they can also innovate to their customers and be market leaders.
When Bri-Stor were looking for a new auxiliary in-vehicle power system, naturally they turned to us for the solution.
We launched the Energy Hub formally in early 2022 and since then its been utilised on a number of important trials with very encouraging results. The Energy Hub perfectly hit the brief for a new and updated service fleet for one of the “UK’s leading specialist engineering and construction companies”
Besides some low power requirements, our solution needed to provide power for tool charging as well as a microwave oven but more importantly, it needed to deliver controllable and regulated, high-current DC. Our system also needed be as lightweight as possible and reduce and emissions through less idling time. On top of all this it needed a reliable service life, the option for remote monitoring / solar charging and also had to be easy to install.
The Solution? The Energy Hub.
Provided with a TBB Power 1500W AC power inverter, MEH display, solar controller and comms integration - Providing an intelligent solution that includes a Bluetooth APP for programming and 4G remote monitoring.
The Energy Hub excels in its performance and has enabled the roll out of a small but important Bri-stor fleet, as well as being adopted on many more important trials for 2022 and 2023.

TBB Fleet - Remote Monitoring
Using the 4G data stick you'll be able to access TBB Fleet - A remote monitoring web platform that provides live information from the Hub in service. Giving fleet managers and vehicle converters invaluable data that can be accessed anywhere in the world.
This creates massive opportunities such as being able respond to a warranty call-out while knowing exactly how to solve the issue before an engineer has even arrived. Meaning less time spent on diagnostics and less time spent with the vehicle off-road.
The integrated web app ( TBB fleet ) provides status on all the live elements of the system - Battery state of charge (SOC), AC and DC usage, and charging sources like shoreline or solar. Complete with an event log that provides history of the system's usage, including any fault conditions that have appeared.
Full telemetry for fleets is also available as a premium subscription, providing you with complete vehicle system data, all accessible in one place.
